摘要
在湿法冶金过程中,由于测量介质的粘结性,当长期连续测量时,污染物会附着在玻璃电极上,导致pH值测量误差加大,灵敏度降低,甚至失效,需要定期对电极进行清洗。为此我们进行了自清洗式pH测量仪的研究,开发了适用于pH玻璃电极清洗的pH测量仪。该产品经现场应用验证,测量准确可靠,现场维护量低,可方便地接入控制回路。该仪器的成功开发,对提高湿法冶金pH测量精度、降低现场维护量、提高行业自动化控制水平具有重要的意义。
In hydrometallurgical process,due to the cohesiveness of measuring medium,pollutants will adhere to glass electrodes during long-term continuous measurement,resulting in increased pH measurement error,reduced sensitivity,and even failure.It is necessary to clean the electrodes regularly.For this reason,we have studied the self-cleaning pH measuring instrument and developed a PH measuring instrument suitable for the cleaning of PH glass electrodes.The product has been proved by field application that the measurement is accurate and reliable,and the field maintenance is low.It can easily access the control loop.Successful development of the instrument is of great significance to improve the accuracy of hydrometallurgical pH measurement,reduce field maintenance and improve the level of industrial automation control.
