第一章总则第一条为规范城市轨道交通设施设备运行维护(以下简称设施设备运行维护)工作,更好地保障城市轨道交通安全运行,根据《中华人民共和国安全生产法》、《国务院办公厅关于保障城市轨道交通安全运行的意见》、《城市轨道交通运营管理规定》等有关要求,制定本办法。
