摘要
以盆栽1年生矮化砧木/平邑甜茶为试材,进行持续水分胁迫处理,测定了7种矮化砧木的旱害指数及相关生理指标,运用隶属函数法对砧木的抗旱性进行了评价。结果表明,在干旱胁迫下,7种苹果矮化砧木旱害指数和丙二醛含量均增加,Fv/Fm均降低,超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化物酶活性呈现先升高再降低的趋势。抗旱性由强到弱依次是:‘冀砧1号’>‘SH40’>‘GM256’>‘MM106’>‘M9’>‘B9’>‘冀砧2号’。
One-year-old dwarfing rootstocks/Malus hupehensis seedlings were cultivated with drought stress in this study. The index of drought and related biochemical parameters of leaves were tested. Membership function was used to evaluate the tolerance of seven apple rootstock groups to drought-stress based on the data of morphological indexes and biochemical parameters. The results are as follows. Under the drought stress, the Fv/Fm of seven rootstocks decreased, drought indexes and the contents of MDA increased. The activities of SOD and POD ascended first and declined then. Drought resistance evaluation was conducted and ranked as follows: ‘Jizhen 1’>‘SH40’>‘GM256’>‘MM106’>‘M9’>‘B9’>‘Jizhen 2’.
