Wound repair and reconstruction has been the eternal theme of emergency surgery such as traumatic orthopedics,burn surgery and hand surgery.With the development of society and progress ofmedicine,the definition ofwound,epidemiology,diagnosis and treatment concept and technology of innovation underwent tremendous changes.This article reviewed the progress in the field ofwound repair and reconstruction in order to provide reference for clinical medical staff.
