Excavation Technology of small Section Tunnel in Southwest China

摘要 西南地区小断面隧道施工时,地质条件复杂、岩溶断层发育等因素严重制约隧道掘进速度。通过对不同掘进法的优缺点进行比较分析,提出水压爆破—悬臂式掘进机联合开挖技术。基于不同围岩类别对水压爆破中准直掏槽眼布置、数码电子雷管延期时间等爆破参数进行了合理设置,并提出了提高掘进机利用率的相关措施。实践表明,水压爆破—悬臂式掘进机联合开挖技术在西南地区小断面隧道掘进施工中具有较高的适用度,可为同类工程提供参考。 In the construction of small section tunnels in southwest China,the geological conditions are complicated and karst faults are developed,which seriously restrict the tunneling speed.By comparing and analyzing the merits and demerits of different tunneling methods,the combined excavation technology of hydraulic blasting and cantilever excavator is put forward.The blasting parameters such as layout of quasi-parallel snubbers,digital electronic detonator delay time and other blasting parameters in hydraulic blasting are reasonably set up based on different surrounding rock types,and the relevant measures to improve the utilization ratio of heading machine are put forward.The practice shows that the combined excavation technology of hydraulic blasting and cantilever excavator has high applicability in the construction of small section tunnel in southwest China,and can provide reference for similar projects.
