摘要
针对传统成型工艺生产1Cr18Mn18N钢护环锻造难度大、成材率低、性能难以满足等问题,本文使用电渣空心锭热碾成型和冷碾强化工艺,成功生产出1Cr18Mn18N钢护环,并研究了冷碾强化变形率对拉伸强度的提升作用。试验结果表明,电渣空心锭热碾成型工艺完全可行,强化冷变形对锻件的抗拉强度和屈服强度有较大提高,护环各项性能符合标准,生产过程可控高效,质量稳定。
In view of the problems on 1Cr18Mn18N steel retaining ring produced by traditional forming process,such as the difficulty in forging,low yield and poor performance,the 1Cr18Mn18N steel retaining ring was successfully produced by using new processes including hot rolling forming of hollow ingot and cold rolling strengthening,and the effect of cold rolling strengthening deformation rate on tensile strength was studied.The experiment results show that the hot rolling and forming process of hollow ingot is completely feasible,the tensile strength and yield strength of the forging are greatly improved by the cold deformation strengthening,and all the properties of the retaining ring are in accordance with the standard.The production process is controllable with high efficient and stable quality.
