摘要
以一种定量测量材料相转变体积变化的新方法,即“比容差法”,对45钢的顶端淬火试验过程进行了测量与分析。结果表明:该方法可以对45钢顶端淬火过程的相转变进行精确测量与分析,并通过理论计算进行了原理上的验证,证实该方法用于分析钢淬火时相转变的可行性。在此基础上,应用比容差法对45钢淬透性进行了测量研究。比容差法得到的淬透层深度为18 mm,而硬度试验得到45钢的淬透层深度为16 mm,两者的相对误差约13%。
A new method for measuring the volume changes during the phase transition of materials which namely“the specific volume difference method”was carried out to measure and analyze the Jominy end quenching process of 45 steel.The results show that this method can accurately measure the phase transition during the Jominy end quenching process of 45 steel.Furthermore,the feasibility of using this method to analyze the phase transition during quenching is confirmed and validated in principle by theoretical calculation.On this basis,the specific volume difference method is applied to measure the hardenability of 45 steel,and the depth of the hardened layer is 18 mm.Meanwhile,the depth of the hardened layer by the Jominy end quenching is 16 mm when using hardness method.The relative error between these two results is about 13%.
