摘要
我所生产过程中的炉温均匀性检测还停留在手工处理数据的阶段,导致炉温均匀性测试效率较低,而且还存在人为操作误差等多种问题。为解决此项问题,通过改变数据采集模式,在现有热处理集散控制系统的基础上开发出了炉温均匀性检测功能。将此功能模块应用到生产后,热处理炉温均匀性检测效率提升60%以上,且整个过程自动进行数据处理,消除了测试过程中人为因素的影响。
The temperature uniformity survey of the furnace in the production process of our company still stayed at the stage of manual processing data,resulting in low efficiency of furnace temperature uniformity survey and other problems such as human error.In order to solve this problem,by changing the data acquisition mode,the furnace temperature uniformity survey function was developed on the basis of the existing distributed control heat treatment system and applied to the production.As a result,the efficiency of furnace temperature uniformity survey is improved by more than 60%,and the whole process can automatically perform data processing,thereby eliminating the influence of human factors in the test process.
