雷锋精神传承是以塑造“实施什么样的行为”“成为什么样的人”“过怎样的生活”为核心的雷锋记忆的过程。在传承过程中,由于雷锋记忆发生了解构,致使雷锋精神遭到扭曲、单一化与价值改造。我们可通过重说雷锋故事、重申个体记忆分工责任、重返正确选择取向与重现践行雷锋精神的行为等重构雷锋记忆,使异化的雷锋精神复位,并最终实现持续有效的雷锋精神传承。

The inheritance of the Lei Feng's Spirit is a process of molding Lei Feng's Memory with a focus on"what kind of behavior to do","what kind of person to become"and"what kind of life to live".In the process of inheritance,the deconstruction of the Lei Feng's Memory has caused the Lei Feng's Spirit to be distorted and simplified and its value to be transformed.We can reconstruct Lei Feng's Memory by retelling Lei Feng's story restating the division of responsibility in individual memory returning to the right orientation for decision,making,and re-performing acts according with Lei Feng's Spirit,so as to restore the alienated Lei Feng's Spirit and ultimately achieve the con tin u ous and effective inheritance of it.
