摘要
为降低煤矿事故发生概率,结合系统动力学原理,运用Vensim PLE软件对矿工自我控制能力与不安全心理之间相互作用机制构建动态仿真模型,探索矿工控制能力对不安全心理的抑制程度以及不安全心理对自我控制能力反作用效果。根据模型分析结果提出优化方案,结果表明:矿工自我控制能力对临时心理和逆反心理抑制作用最显著,通过改善环境、提高机械化水平、加大对违章行为惩罚力度可以最高效率提升自我控制能力,抑制不安全心理产生。
In order to reduce the probability of coal mine accident,combined with the principle of system dynamics,the dynamic simulation model of the interaction mechanism between miner's self-control ability and unsafe psychology was established by using Vensim PLE software,and the inhibition degree of miner's control ability to unsafe psychology and the reaction effect of unsafe psychology to self-control ability were explored.According to the results of model analysis,the optimization scheme was put forward,and the results showed that the self-control ability of miners had the most significant inhibitory effect on temporary psychology and rebellious psychology.By improving the environment quality and the level of mechanization and increasing the punishment for illegal behaviors,the self-control ability of miners could be improved efficiently and unsafe psychology could be restrained.
