浮选尾煤选择性絮凝脱铁、钛制备高岭土的试验研究

摘要 为了明确絮凝剂水解度对絮凝过程选择性的影响,以及除油酸外其他药剂作为选择性絮凝活化剂的可能性,并且为了探明浮选尾煤选择性絮凝制备高岭土的可行性,运用单因素试验方法进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,絮凝剂水解度对絮凝效果影响明显,其影响规律为随着水解度的提高,悬浮物产率先下降后上升,煅烧白度变化趋势与产率变化趋势相反,试验范围内最佳水解度为20%;油酸钠、苯甲羟肟酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠中前两者可作为活化剂,且油酸钠对絮凝过程选择性影响更大;在最佳絮凝剂用量为16 g/t、絮凝剂水解度为20%、活化剂为油酸钠且用量为400 g/t时,可得到产率为40.15%、煅烧白度为74.80%的陶瓷工业用高岭土TC-3产品。 In order to explore the effect of flocculant hydrolyzing degree on selectivity in flocculation process and the possibility of other reagents except oleic acid as selective flocculation activator,and to verify the feasibility of preparation of kaolin from flotation tailings with high-content of kaolin,the experimental study by single factor test method was carried on.The results showed that flocculant hydrolyzing degree had a significant effect on flocculation.With the increase of hydrolysis degree,the yield of suspended solids first decreased and then increased,and the change trend of calcined whiteness was opposite,and the optimum hydrolysis degree was 20%in the range of experiment;sodium oleate and sodium benzohydroxamide could be used as activators,and the effect of sodium oleate on the selectivity of flocculation process was greater than sodium benzohydroxamide;when the optimum dosage of flocculant was 16 g/t,the hydrolysis degree of flocculant was 20%,the dosage of sodium oleate as activator was 400 g/t,the ceramic industrial kaolin TC-3 with a yield of 40.15%and a calcined whiteness of 74.80%could be obtained.
