摘要
以液化MDI、MDI-50、有机硅改性聚醚多元醇等为原材料,通过调整配方合成异氰酸酯预聚物。将系列预聚物与端氨基聚醚、胺类扩链剂等配合反应,制备了不同聚脲涂层,对涂层材料力学性能、接触角以及预聚物贮存稳定性进行了对比测试,改进后聚脲涂层表面能为28.18 mN/m。
A series of isocyanate prepolymers were synthesized by L-MDI,MDI-50 and silicone modified polyether polyols through different formulas and processes.These prepolymers reacted with amino-terminated polyethers and amine chain extenders to prepare different coatings.The mechanical property and contact angle of coatings were tested.And the storage stability of isocyanate prepolymer was tested.The surface energy of modified polyurea coating is 28.18 mN/m.
