客车用水性底盘防锈蜡制备及性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 在水性改性环氧树脂及聚乙烯蜡基础上,制备了一种低VOC的客车用水性底盘防锈蜡,并对其性能进行了研究。通过试验确定的制备工艺条件为:流平剂、抗闪锈剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、色浆、醇类成膜助剂及水性抗盐雾助剂比例分别为0.2%、0.1%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.6%及0.5%,蜡膜室温表干时间为30-45 min,其VOC释放量低,仅为75 g/L。 The waterborne antirust wax for bus chassis was prepared on the basis of waterborne modified epoxy resin and polyethylene wax,and its performance was studied,which provide some reference for promoting environmental protection development of bus painting industry.The preparation conditions determined by experiments are as follows:the proportion of leveling agent,anti-flash rust agent,thickener,defoamer,color paste,alcohol film-forming additive and waterborne anti-salt spray additive is 0.2%,0.1%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.6%and 0.5%,respectively.The wax film has a dry time of 30?45 min at room temperature,and its VOC release is only 75 g/L.
