粉煤灰粒度对海工硅酸盐水泥性能影响

摘要 为降低海工硅酸盐水泥的生产成本,本文研究了不同粒度粉煤灰对海工硅酸盐水泥性能的影响研究表明:原状粉煤灰掺量越高,海工硅酸盐水泥的需水量越低、工作性能越好,同时导致3 d和28 d强度减小、28 d氯离子扩散系数增加匚随磨细粉煤灰粒度的减小和掺量的降低,海工硅酸盐水泥的需水量先增大后减小,3 d和28 d强度下降幅度减小,28 d氯离子扩散系数增大幅度减小。当粉煤灰粒度(D50)小于4.3μm、掺量在10%内时,不仅可以降低需水量,提高工作性能,同时对强度、氯离子渗透性能基本没有影响。 In order to reduce the production cost of marine Portland cement,the effect of fly ash with different particle size on marine Portland cement were studied.The results indicated that with the higher substitution of non-ground fly ash,the water requirement of marine Portland cement was decreased,and the workability was better.But,the 3 d and 28 d strength of cement was decreased and the 28 d diffusion coefficient of chloride increased obviously.With the decrease of the particle size and the content of ground fly ash,the water requirement of marine Portland cement increased first and then decreased,the 3 d and 28 d strength descend range and the 28 d chloride diffusion coefficient increase rate decreased.When the particle size(D50)of fly ash was less than 4.3 μm,not only the water requirement would be reduced and the workability would be better,but also have almost no effect on the strength and diffusion coefficient of chloride within 10%substitution.
