Tsegan was quite the celebrity in Gann an Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Provinee.But I did not know him until much later.I n 2012,during one of my fieldworks for the establishment of a yak museum,I visited Marchu County of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture along the first bend of the Yellow River.
