摘要 核电仪控系统使用的线槽结构需满足抗震要求,但是目前线槽结构普通为插接式,不满足抗震要求。根据多个核电项目的实际需求,设计出一种既满足抗震,又方便快捷拆卸的一款免维护线槽结构,该线槽具有安装简单可靠、线缆防护优良、生产成本低、维护方便的特点,尤其适用于核电站等使用周期长且对质量要求苛刻的使用环境,该线槽已通过相关机械试验,满足核电站使用要求,目前在多个核电站相关项目中已有应用。 The trunking structure used in the nuclear power instrument control system should meet the seismic requirement,however,the current type of it is plug-in and does not meet the seismic requirement.According to the actual need of several nuclear power projects,a maintenance-free trunking structure that meets both seismic and quick disassembly has been designed which has feature of simple and reliable installation,excellent cable protection,low production cost and convenient maintenance.These characteristics are especially applicable to the use environment of nuclear power plants with long service life and strict quality requirement,the new type trunking has passed relevant mechanical tests meeting the requirement of nuclear power plants,and has been applied in many related projects.
