摘要 工业控制现场的设备层具有设备种类繁多、接口类型复杂等特点,各种设备与系统的集成和工程实施成了智能工厂建设中的关键。本文提出的基于容器技术的新型智能网关,不仅实现了现场工业数据采集、数据转发等功能,同时基于容器的技术具有网关自动部署、远程维护、无扰升级等特点,在满足不同工业现场通信需求的基础上,降低了用户实施与维护的难度。 The equipment layer of the industrial control site has many kinds of equipment and complex interface types.The integration of various equipment and systems is the key success factor in the construction of smart factories.The new intelligent gateway based on containerization technology proposed in this paper not only realizes on-site industrial data collection,data forwarding,data entry into the cloud,etc.,but also uses the characteristics of containerization technology to realize the features of automatic deployment,and non-disruptive upgrade,which reduces the difficulty of user implementation and maintenance on the basis of meeting different industrial field communication needs.
