加氢装置阀门用CF8C不锈钢热加工工艺的研究

摘要 介绍了加氢装置阀门用CF8C不锈钢的使用要求、适用特点及存在的问题,分析了阀门用CF8C不锈钢铸造、冶炼、热处理及铸件焊补等的工艺要求及相关元素的作用和影响,针对高压加氢装置用铸造高温临氢阀门相关标准及石化工况系统的规定和要求,提出了高温阀门用CF8C不锈钢铸造钢液应采用AOD炉精炼,并保证铸件得到充分的顺序凝固过程的热加工工艺,以减少铸件产生应力和裂纹。 This paper introduces the application requirements,characteristics and existing problems of CF8C stainless steel used in valve of hydrotreating device.The technological requirements and the effects of related elements on the casting,smelting,heat treatment and welding of CF8C stainless steel for valves are analyzed.Aiming at the related standards of casting high temperature hydrogen-valves for high pressure hydrogenation device and the requirements of petrochemical operating conditions system it is suggested that AOD furnace should be used to refine CF8C stainless steel casting liquid for high temperature valves,and that the hot working process the casting can obtain sufficient sequential solidification process,to reduce stress and cracks in the casting.
