摘要
本文针对我国企业在承接海外水泥工厂余热发电工程项目中遇到的标准瓶颈,采用人工智能标准对比揭示方法,以我国水泥工厂余热发电工程施工与质量验收标准为主标准,针对其条文中设备和安装条款内容和技术指标,与美国和英国等发达国家相关的标准进行对比分析,力求揭示中外标准内容的差异。
Aims at addressing the standard bottleneck encountered by Chinese enterprises in undertaking overseas waste heat power generation projects in cement plants, the paper adopts the method of artificial intelligence standard comparison and disclosure, focuses on the construction and quality acceptance standards for waste heat power generation projects in cement plants in China, and compares the contents and technical indexes of equipment and installation clauses in its provisions with the relevant standards in developed countries such as the United States and Britain, so as to reveal the differences between Chinese and foreign standards.
