According to GB/T 1.1-2009, Directives for standardization - Part 1: Structure and drafting of standards, this paper introduces the concepts and written requirements of lists, points out the causes and malpractice of nonstandard lists. Taking the published standards as case sources, this paper focuses on the 10 cases for non-standard lists, providing solutions and methods.
