我国房屋地址信息标准化建设思考

Research on Standardization of House Address Information in China

房屋是人类生产生活活动的重要场所,房屋信息是开展人口管理、公共安全管理、地理信息管理、配送物流管理等管理活动的重要基础信息。随着信息化技术特别是地理信息技术的发展,房屋地址信息实现了空间信息和非空间信息的融合,能够满足实时的、直接的房屋地址共享要求。通过分析我国房屋地址信息化的关键技术、管理体制,剖析我国房屋地址信息化的现状和问题,基于国内外房屋地址信息标准化的经验,提出我国房屋地址信息标准化的发展建议。

House is an important place for human production and living activities. House information is an important basic information for population management, public safety management, geographic information management, distribution logistics management and other management activities. With the development of information technology, especially geographic information technology, house address information has realized the integration of spatial information and non-spatial information, and can meet the real-time and direct house address sharing requirements. By analyzing the key technology and management system of house address informationization, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of house address informationization in China. Based on the experience of domestic and foreign house address information standardization, it puts forward some suggestions for the development of house address information standardization in China.
