新精神活性物质被认为是第三代毒品而被世界各国管控,但这类物质仍在21世纪后期迅猛地在世界范围内被广泛滥用。于此同时,在我国这类物质的种类以及滥用人群也在不断增加,然而大众对此类物质的认知还不是很清楚,且大部分人对毒品的认知还停留在第二代毒品,由于第三代毒品有些和医学药物名称类似,人们很容易误解其属性。本文主要对新精神活性物质经典种类的毒性作用机制和其现状研究进展作一简要介绍。

New psychoactive substances are considered to be third-generation drugs,but such substances were rapidly abused worldwide in the late 21st century.In China,the types of such substances and the number of abused people are also increasing,However,the public's understanding of such substances is still not very clear.Most people still know about drugs in the second generation of drugs,and some third一generation drugs.It is a derivative of medical drugs,which is easily misunderstood by people.This paper briefly reviews the research progress on the toxicity mechanism and current status of several classical types of psychoactive substances.
