摘要
对某煤矿主煤流运输自动化系统进行改造,增加PLC控制箱等设备,接入原有主煤流运输控制和保护系统,通过通信方式实现新增设备与原有系统设备的数据通信,从而实现新老系统之间无缝融合以及主煤流运输系统的集中控制和一键启停控制。同时将该系统接入综合自动化集控平台,可对运输系统各设备进行实时监控,实现了主煤流运输系统自动化,达到了改造要求。
The automation system for main coal flow transportation in a colliery was renovated. During the renovation, PLC control box and other equipments were added to original main coal flow transportation control and protection system, and the data communication between the added equipments and original ones was realized via communication mode. Thus the seamless integration between the new system and the original one as well as the centralized control and one-key start-stop control of the main coal flow transportation system were achieved. In addition, the renovated system was connected into the integrated automation centralized control platform, thus the equipments in the transportation system were monitored in real time. Therefore the automation of the main coal flow transportation system was achieved, which met the renovation requirement.
