摘要 给料粒度分布是影响半自磨机运行的重要因素,但由于各种因素制约,各选厂对粒度分布对半自磨机影响的研究较少。基于福建某铜矿半自磨机给料输送带在线粒度检测系统的数据,通过分析半自磨机给料粒度与其处理量及单位功耗的关系,总结出以下规律:给料粒度分布稳定且合理,则磨矿效率高,产能大,能耗低;给料粒度分布波动大,特别是超大块分布不合理,则产能相对较低,能耗相对较高。针对此规律,给出了现场半自磨机给料粒度的调节建议。 The feed size distribution is an important factor affecting the operation of the SAG mill. However, due to the restraint of various factors, the research on the influence of feed size distribution on the SAG mill is rare. In the paper, on the basis of the data from online particle size inspection system for SAG mill feeding conveyance belt in a copper mine in Fujian, the relationship between the feed size with the throughput and the specific power consumption of the SAG mill was analyzed. In addition, the below law was concluded: while the feed size was distributed stably and reasonably, the grinding efficiency was high, the throughput was large and the power consumption was low;while the feed size distribution fluctuated greatly, especially the super-large particles distributed unreasonably, the throughput was low and the power consumption was high. In view of the law, the suggestion of regulating the feed size of the SAG mill on site was offered.
