浅析大型磨机衬板使用寿命的影响因素

随着磨机大型化,衬板使用寿命问题变得愈加突出。介绍了影响磨机衬板使用寿命的各种因素,包括磨机类型及规格、磨机转速、物料和磨球填充率、矿石属性、衬板结构及衬板材料等。分析发现,只有综合考虑各种影响因素,才能有效提高大型磨机衬板的使用寿命。

With the development of the large-scale mill, the service life of the liner becomes more and more prominent. The paper introduced various factors affecting the service life of the mill liner, including mill type and size, mill speed, filling ratio of materials and grinding balls, ore attributes, liner structure, liner material, etc. Analysis results showed that the service life of the liner of the large mill effectively improved only on taking into account all influential factors.
