摘要
为提高ZGF-120型真空过滤机的产能,降低滤饼含水率,减少滤液浮游物,从滤板结构及过滤介质、分配头的分布区域、中心轴简化设计等方面对真空过滤机进行技术改进。改进后,真空过滤机运行稳定,各项指标满足生产工艺要求,达到了改造的目的与效果。
In order to improve the productivity of ZGF-120 vacuum filter, decrease the moisture of the filter cake and reduce the suspension in filtrate, the technical reformation was conducted in the filtering plate structure and the filtering medium, distribution zone of the distribution head, simplified design of the central shaft. The reformed vacuum filter operated stably, and all indexes met the production requirements. Thus the reformation expectation was achieved.
