分子生物色谱技术中生物大分子在中药研究中的应用进展 被引量:3

摘要 分子生物色谱技术是基于分子特异性识别原理逐渐发展起来,具有重现性好、分析速度快、具有药理学意义等特点,适用于中药药效物质基础的筛选研究。本文综述了近10年国内外关于分子生物色谱法在药物研究中应用的文献,着重介绍了分子生物色谱技术中常用生物大分子如血浆蛋白、受体、酶等及其在中药研究中的应用,如活性成分筛选、药物相互作用研究、质量控制方法等,以期为分子生物色谱法的广泛应用提供参考。 Molecular bio-chromatography technology with good reproducibility and high analysis speed is developed based on the principle of molecular specific recognition,which is extensively applied in screening research of pharmacodyamic material basis of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper briefly reviewed the bio-macromolecules such as plasma protein,receptor,enzyme which were commonly used in molecular biochromatography and the application in traditional Chinese medicine research,including screening active compounds,drug interaction research,and quality control methods,which also provide reference for molecular biochromatography application.
