The Dilemma Examination and Institutional Innovation of College Students’ Quality Education

大学生素质教育是高校培养全面人才的重要内容与衡量标准。自从我国开始倡导与实施素质教育以来,大学生素质教育的实施效果得到了改善与提升,但是仍存在着一系列问题,主要体现为制度困境、管理困境以及实践困境,因此要大力推进素质教育制度体系建设,树立科学的素质教育观念,使素质教育真正落到实处,共同推进大学生素质教育全覆盖,从而使高等教育真正实现回归常识、回归本分。

College students’quality education is the important content and measurement standard for cultivating comprehensive talents in colleges and universities.Since our country began to advocate and carry out quality education,the implementation effect of education has been improved,but there are still a series of problems,mainly embodied in the predicament,the management and the practice.Therefore,it is urgent to promote the building of quality-oriented education system,to establish the scientific quality education idea,so that quality education can be truly implemented,and thus jointly promote the full coverage of quality education for college students.Finally,the higher education can truly realize the return to common sense and the return to the original intention.
