Types, Causes and Governance Strategies of College Students’ Network Anomie Behavior

大学生网络失范行为包括目的理性、价值理性、情感性和传统的网络失范行为,运用环境互动、结构功能、文化传播和社会控制等社会学理论分析客观成因,从大学生身心发展、道德观念、意志力以及自身需要的角度探析主观成因。规范和矫正大学生网络失范行为需要多措并举、综合治理:国家制定相关的法律政策,加强网络监管;网络服务机构加强技术研发,净化网络环境;高校加强道德教育与校园环境的治理;家庭强化大学生网络失范行为教育;大学生提高自身的道德观念和自律能力。

College students’network anomie behaviors include the objective rationality,value rationality,affective and traditional network anomie behavior.The thesis applies?the theories of environment interaction,structural function,cultural transmission and social control to analyze the objective causes;and applies the perspective of college students’physical and psychological development,morality,willpower,and their own needs to analyze the subjective causes.To standardize and correct college students’network anomie behaviors,China must take multiple measures to make comprehensive governance.The state formulates relevant legal policies and strengthens the supervision of the Internet;the network service organization strengthens the technology research and development,purifies the network environment;colleges and universities should strengthen the governance of moral education and campus environment;the family strengthens the university student network anomie behavior education;college students improve their moral concept and self-discipline ability.
