Research Progress of Chronic Low Back Pain Caused by Multifidus

摘要 随着人口老龄化及日常工作、学习压力的加重,慢性下腰痛患者逐年增多。综述慢性下腰痛与多裂肌相关的研究近况,阐述多裂肌对维持脊柱稳定性的重要作用以及一些治疗手段的有效性,为此类研究提供更为广泛的借鉴思路。
