公共文化服务和旅游公共服务有交集、有联系,但也有区别,有不同。文旅公共服务融合发展的切入点主要是:公共文化服务设施嵌入旅游景区、线路、住地、交通服务区域等;基层综合性文化服务中心和乡村旅游服务中心融合;公共图书馆开展旅游公共信息服务;博物馆、非遗传习场所与研学旅行相融合;群众文化活动营造城市文化氛围,提升城市文化品位;串联标志性文化设施,打造旅游路径。

Public cultural services and tourism public services are intersected,connected and different.The key points for the integration and development of cultural and tourism public services are as follows:public cultural service facilities are embedded in tourist attractions,routes,residences,transportation service areas,etc.;the integration of substrate comprehensive cultural service centers and rural tourism service centers;the development of tourism public information services in public libraries;museums and intangible cultural heritage sites integrates with Study Tours;public cultural activities create urban cultural atmosphere and promote urban cultural taste,and symbolic cultural facilities as the tourism route.
