桨叶涡流场中舵表面脉动压力的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨螺旋桨涡流场中的舵表面的脉动压力特性,本文使用大涡模拟的方法研究了螺旋桨和舵的相互作用。螺旋桨模型使用单桨叶E779A模型,使用切割体网格划分方式对流场域进行网格划分,对螺旋桨和舵附近的流场域进行网格加密,采用重叠网格方法实现螺旋桨的旋转;对桨舵干扰下的梢涡流场进行数值模拟,探讨了梢涡流场中舵表面压力的分布情况,对舵表面上的脉动压力分布进行时域和频域分析,从数值模拟结果可以看出:梢涡流经舵表面之后会产生错位现象,错位的方向与螺旋桨旋向相一致,位于梢涡流场区的舵表面上的压力具有非常强烈的周期性,而位于毂涡流场区的舵表面上的压力周期性不强。 In order to investigate the characteristics of the pulsating pressure on the rudder surface in a propeller vortex field,the interaction between propeller and rudder was studied using the method of large eddy simulation(LES).A single-bladed E779A model propeller was used,and the flow field was meshed using Trimer grids,which were finer in the vicinity of the propeller and rudder.The overlapping mesh method as used to realize rotation of the propeller.Numerical simulation of the tip vortex field,under disturbance of the rudder,was then carried out.The pressure distribution over the rudder surface of the tip vortex field was then discussed.Time and frequency domain analysis was carried out on the pulsating pressure of the rudder surface.It could be seen from the numerical simulation that the tip vortex is dislocated after passing through the rudder surface,and the direction of the misalignment was consistent with the direction of the propeller rotation.The pressure on the rudder surface inside the tip vortex field had a very strong periodicity,while that in the hub vortex field was relatively weaker.
