摘要
本文根据预启阀阀芯内部结构及阀杆振动位移的工作原理,建立了三维动力学模型,结合预估-校正流固耦合算法,采用ANSYS对预启阀阀芯内部流场进行模拟计算,实现了主阀芯与预启阀芯的运动预测,以期提高预启阀在工作过程中的性能。
According to the internal structure of the pre-opening valve core and the working principle of the vibration displacement of the valve stem,a three-dimensional dynamic model is established in this paper.Combined with the prediction-correction fluid-structure coupling algorithm,the flow field inside the pre-opening valve core is simulated by ANSYS,and the motion prediction of the main valve core and the pre-opening valve core is realized,so as to improve the working life of the pre-opening valve.In-process performance.
