基于循环自相关解调信号的齿轮传递故障诊断

摘要 齿轮传动的运行稳定性对保障整体的工作效率具有重要的作用。应用循环自相关函数解调基本原理建立齿轮传递故障诊断的采样模型。并针对循环自相关解调分析在强噪声背景下、多调制源、多载波频率共存的振动信号运用中的局限性,提取感兴趣的周期成分,来验证循环自相关解调信号在齿轮传递故障诊断中具有很强自适应性,在强背景噪声环境中依然能提取微弱的特征频率。有效地抑制了多调制源、多载波对循环平稳结果带来的交叉项干扰,提高了分析的可靠性。 The operation of the gear transmission stability to guarantee the overall working efficiency plays an important role.Basic principle of cyclic autocorrelation function demodulation sampling of gear transmission fault diagnosis model is established.And in view of the cyclic autocorrelation demodulation analysis under the background of strong noise,modulation source,vibration signal using the limitations of the carrier frequency coexistence,to extract the constituent of cycle of interest,and to verify the cyclic autocorrelation demodulation signal in the fault diagnosis of gear transmission has a strong adaptability,in strong background noise environment still can extract the characteristic frequency of weak.Effectively suppresses the modulation source and carrier of the result of the circular smooth cross-term interference,improve the reliability of the analysis.
