摘要
低压配变台区的供电模式使得低压三相负荷不平衡问题日渐突出,不仅带来了末端低电压、台区线损增大等问题,还加剧了设备故障的风险。对此,开展了基于自决策换相技术的台区三相不平衡综合治理研究,运用自决策换相开关的工作原理及关键技术,提出集中控制和分布控制相结合的综合治理方案。传统集中控制型三相不平衡治理方法只适用于通信条件良好的地区,当出现通信建设困难或通信故障时,则达不到治理效果;分布控制型决策由自决策换相开关进行本地化控制,可以解决通信故障时信号发送失败的问题,可作为集中控制的补充和完善,进一步提高配变台区三相不平衡治理的可靠性以及治理效果。最后,根据实际台区的运行数据建立了配变台区的仿真模型,通过仿真试验验证了自平衡控制策略的正确性和有效性。
The power supply mode of the low-voltage distribution station area makes the low-voltage threephase load imbalance increasingly serious, which not only brings about problems such as the low-end voltage and the increase of the line loss of the station but increases the risk of equipment failure. The research on three-phase unbalanced comprehensive management based on self-decision commutation technology is carried out. By use of the working principle and key technology of self-decision commutation switch, a comprehensive management scheme combining centralized control and distributed control is proposed. The traditional centralized control three-phase unbalanced treatment method is only applicable to the distribution station area with perfect communication conditions;however, when there are communication construction difficulties or communication failure, the control effect cannot be achieved;the distributed control decision is controlled by the self-decision commutation switch, which can solve the problem of signal transmission failure in the case of communication failure and supplement and improve the centralized control, and thereby further improve the reliability and governance effect of the three-phase unbalanced treatment of the distribution station area. and establishing the distribution according to the actual operation data of the station area. The simulation model is established based on the operation data of the distribution station area, and the correctness and effectiveness of the self-balancing control strategy are verified by simulation tests.
