西南某铁矿充填料浆自流输送可行性研究 被引量:1

Feasibility Study on Self-flow Transportation of Filling Slurry in an Iron Mine in Southwest China

摘要 某铁矿拟采用充填采矿法进行开采,拟选用采矿废石和露天剥离废石作为充填材料的骨料,为了论证该铁矿单一废石磨砂充填料实现管道自流输送的可行性,预测充填料在制备和管道输送中的难易程度,进行了多组废石磨砂充填骨料方案配比试验,并对其分别进行了坍落度、坍落扩散度和稠度等试验。经过试验及分析表明:要实现充填料浆的管道自流输送,充填过程中除按采矿对充填的要求添加胶结料之外,可不再添加其它细骨料,即该铁矿可以采用单一棒磨砂为骨料实现充填料浆管道自流输送。 An iron ore mine is planned to be mined by filling mining method.It is proposed to use mining waste rock and open-air stripping waste rock as the aggregate of filling material.In order to demonstrate the feasibility of self-flow transportation of the single waste rock sanding filling material of the iron ore,predict the difficulty of filling in preparation and pipeline transportation,the ratio test of several groups of waste rock frosted filling aggregate schemes was carried out,and the slump,slump diffusion and consistency were tested.The test and analysis show that in order to realize the pipe self-flow transportation of filling slurry,no other fine aggregate need to add in the filling process in addition to cementing material according to the requirements of filling mining.That is to say,the iron mine can use single rod grinding as the aggregate to realize the pipe self-flow transportation of filling slurry.
