摘要
以三氧化二钒为原料,天然石墨为碳质还原剂,加入粘结剂成型后,进入推板窑生产钒氮合金。研究了不同粘结剂成型效果,不同配碳比对钒氮合金V、N、C的影响,设定不同窑炉推进速度对产品氮含量的影响。试验表明,使用工业糊精为粘结剂在16 MPa压力下成型率为90.3%,三氧化二钒和石墨1∶0.27配比,产品中各元素满足钒氮合金国标VN16要求,当推板窑推进时间为26 min,合金中氮含量达到16%。
In producing vanadium-nitrogen alloy from the mixture of V2O3 and natural graphite(reducing agent)in pushed-bat kiln,study is conducted to analyze the balling rate of different sticking agents,the ratio of V2O3 and natural graphite affect V,N and C contents and the different interval between each propulsion to crucible affects the N content in VN alloy.The result of the study showed that dextrin performed the most effective balling-rate at 90.3% comparing to the other sticking agents while the pressure is 16 MPa,the ratio of V2O3 and natural graphite with which the contents of V,N and C in VN alloy meet national standard(GB/T20567-2006)is 1∶0.27,and by adjusting the interval between each propulsion to crucible to 26 minutes,the N content in VN alloy will raise to 16% or above.
