高校党建和人才培养工作的有效对接和有机融合在认识论、价值观和方法论三个维度都具有重要意义,这既是适应新经济社会"扁平化"发展的现实需要,也是新型服务型政党建设的人本价值延伸,还是落实立德树人具体工作的有效途径。高校基层党建与人才培养的对接与融合需按照现实解困、组织育人和机制固化的思路将目标分解,从结构设置机制、功能实现机制和监督评价机制层面着力,实现高校基层党建与人才培养的对接与融合的机制构建。

Effective connection and integration between party building and talent training in colleges and universities are of great significance in epistemology,values and methodology. It is not only the practical need to adapt to the"flattening"development of the new economic society,but also the extension of the humanistic value of the new service-oriented political party construction,and will be used as an effective way to carry out the concrete work of high moral values establishment and talent cultivation. The goal of the connection and integration of grassroots party building and talent training in colleges and universities should decompose the goals according to the ideas of solving reality difficulties,organizing and educating people,and solidifying mechanism. Corresponding mechanism should be constructed focusing on the three aspects of structure setting mechanism,function realization mechanism,supervision and evaluation mechanism.
