摘要
对转K6型转向架外圆弹簧在疲劳试验时发生断裂的原因进行了分析,结果表明,弹簧簧圈外表面存在一个深度0.116 mm、短轴长0.25 mm的椭球形气孔,弹簧在交变应力的作用下,气孔处产生应力集中,最终导致弹簧早期疲劳失效。
The causes to breaking of outer helical springs on Zhuan K6 bogies during the fatigue test are analyzed.The result shows that there is an elliptical air hole with the depth of 0.116 mm and the short axis of 0.25 mm on the outside surface of the spring coil.Under the application of alternating stresses,the stresses are concentrated at the air hole,finally causing the fatigue failure of the spring in the early stage.
