摘要
为解决CRH380B型动车组运营过程中出现的头车转向架区域玻璃钢裙板裂纹、中间车转向架区域裙板松动问题,在既有动车组结构的基础上,增加了转向架区域裙板的防脱冗余性能,并通过仿真分析计算验证了转向架区域裙板优化方案的可行性。
In order to solve the problem that the FRP apron board cracks in the bogie area of the head car and the apron board looses in the bogie area of the middle car,on the basis of the existing structure of multiple units,the performance of falling-off proof and redundancy is added for the apron board in the bogie area,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme of apron board in the bogie area is verified through the simulation analysis and calculation.
