Development of the Automatic Heat Shrinkage Device in the Snow Resistance Sleeve for Axle Box Springs on Multiple Units

针对目前动车组轴箱弹簧防雪套热缩作业中使用手持热风枪存在的问题,研制了一套防雪套自动热缩装置。该装置提高了轴箱弹簧检修热缩质量和效率,为高铁安全运行提供了可靠保障。

In view of the problem in using the handheld hot air gun during heat shrinkage work of the snow resistance sleeves for axle box springs on multiple units,a set of automatic heat shrinkage device in the snow resistance sleeve is developed.The device improves the heat shrinkage quality and efficiency in inspection and repair of axle box springs,providing reliable insurance for safe operation of high speed railway.
