常州市科技创新资源统筹优化研究

Research on the overall optimization of scientific and technological innovation resources in Changzhou city

科技创新资源优化统筹是创新驱动发展战略的重要保障措施,也是提升区域科技创新能力的关键性举措。在调研科技创新资源共享有关政策的基础上,文章重点分析了长三角区域内的科技创新资源共享平台,发现存在问题,总结成功经验,并结合长三角协同发展战略下常州市集聚和承接长三角创新资源的实践提出相关对策和建议。

The overall planning and optimal allocation of scientific and technological innovation resources are important guarantee for the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy,and also key measures to enhance regional scientific and technological innovation capacity.Based on the investigation of the relevant policies on the sharing of scientific and technological innovation resources,this paper focuses on the analysis of scientific and technological innovation resources sharing platforms in Yangtze River Delta,and the problems and successful experience are discussed.From the perspective of regional synergy of Yangtze River Delta,this study explores the practice of Changzhou and how to integrate and agglomerate innovation resources of Yangtze River Delta.
