摘要
人的行为是在动机的驱动下产生的,需要则是动机产生的内在动力。教师管理是学校管理中最重要的内容之一,对教师的激励是实现教育教学目标的关键。文章从马斯洛的需要层次理论、赫茨伯格的双因素理论和亚当斯的公平理论3个理论方面阐述激励机制对高校教师管理的重要性。在高校管理中充分利用激励理论,对教师管理和高校发展有着重大的意义。
Human behavior is driven by motivation,and need is the internal motive force of motivation.Teacher management is one of the most important contents in school management,and the key to achieve the goal of education and teaching is to encourage teachers.This paper expounds the importance of the incentive mechanism to the management of university teachers from the aspects of Maslow’s need level theory,Herzberg’s two-factor theory and Adams’s fair theory.It is of great significance for the development of colleges and universities to make full use of incentive theory and manage teachers.
