摘要
在工程项目施工过程中,基坑工程包括基坑降排水和基坑支护体系设计与施工,是一项综合性很强的系统工程。文章以南京六合某广场商用楼为例,结合现场的地形地貌和水文条件,分析了基坑支护和降排水工程在施工中的常用做法和常见技术难点,按照“安全可靠,技术可行,经济合理,方便施工”的原则,制定最优施工技术方案,做好预防和解决措施,达到工程质量等级和建设单位最终效益目标。
In the process of engineering project construction,foundation pit engineering includes the design and construction of foundation pit drainage and foundation pit support system,which is a very comprehensive system engineering.Taking the commercial building of a Luhe square in Nanjing as an example,combined with the topographic,geomorphological and hydrological conditions of the site,this paper analyzes the common practices and common technical difficulties in the construction of foundation pit support and drainage reduction engineering.According to the principle of“safe and reliable,technically feasible,economical and reasonable,convenient construction”,the optimal construction technical scheme is worked out,the preventive and solving measures are done well,and the final benefit goal of the construction unit is achieved.
