碳信息披露对企业全要素碳排放效率影响研究

Research on the Impact of Carbon Information Disclosure on Enterprise Total Factor Carbon Emission Efficiency

从全要素碳排放效率分析入手,分析碳信息披露、碳管理以及企业全要素碳排放效率之间的逻辑关系,提出碳信息披露对企业全要素碳排放效率影响的假设,并以英国提供的CDP报告为基础,选取世界500强企业中能够在2009-2013年连续对CDP进行回复和披露数据的134家企业为样本,采用面板数据回归的方法对其数据进行分析,回归计算结果表明:在5%的显著性水平下,研究假设得到了有效验证,即碳信息披露水平的高低对企业全要素碳排放效率有着显著的促进或影响作用。最后根据研究结果,提出了相关的结论和启示。

Starting from analyzing enterprise’s total-factor carbon emission efficiency, this article explores the logic relationship among carbon information disclosure, carbon management and total-factor carbon emission efficiency, and thus proposed the hypothesis that there is a significant effect of company’s carbon information disclosure on its totalfactor carbon emission efficiency. In order to testify the hypothesis, using hand-collected carbon emissions data for 2009 to 2013 that were voluntarily disclosed to the carbon disclosure project by 134 companies that belongs to globe 500 firms, this paper carries out panel data regression analysis on the samples and gets the conclusion that the hypothesis was effectively testified, which means that the level of company’s carbon information disclosure has an significant effect on its total-factor carbon emission efficiency. And at last, some relevant implications and conclusions are proposed according to the researching results.
