中日贸易技术溢出对中国工业行业碳排放绩效的影响研究——基于SBM-Tobit模型的实证分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用SBM模型测算了2008-2016年中国31个工业行业的碳排放绩效,在构建国际研发资本技术溢出模型的基础上,利用Tobit面板数据模型的估计方法,研究了中日进出口贸易技术溢出效应对中国工业行业碳排放绩效的影响,同时考虑行业异质性,将工业行业分为重工业和轻工业分别进行分析。结果表明:中日之间的进口贸易技术溢出效应和出口贸易技术效应都会提高中国工业行业的碳排放绩效水平;出口贸易技术溢出效应对碳排放绩效的影响大于进口贸易技术溢出效应对碳排放绩效的影响,其中,进口贸易技术溢出效应对轻工业行业碳排放绩效的影响不显著,而进口贸易技术溢出效应对重工业行业碳排放绩效有显著的提升作用。最后,根据研究结论提出了相应的政策建议。 The SBM model was used to measure the carbon emission performance of China’s 31 industrial sectors from 2008 to 2016 in this paper. Based on the international R&D capital technology spillover model, the Tobit panel data model was adopted to estimate the effect of China-Japanese trade technology spillovers on the carbon emissions performance of China’s industrial sector, and analyzed the heavy industry and light industry considering the industry heterogeneity. The results show that the technology spillover effect of import and export trade between China and Japan will provide the level of carbon emission performance of China’s industrial industry;the effect of technology spillovers effect of export trade on carbon emission performance is greater than that of technology spillovers effect of import trade on carbon emission performance. Among them, the technology spillover effect of import trade has no significant effect on the carbon emission performance of the light industry, while the technology spillovers effect of the import trade has a significant effect on the carbon emission performance of the heavy industry. Finally, according to the conclusions of the study, corresponding recommendations are proposed.
