城镇居民低碳消费行为影响因素量化分析——以北京市为例

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Urban Residents’ Low-Carbon Consumption Behaviour Based on Quantification Method: Taking Beijing as an Example

以北京市为例,探讨几个主要因素对城镇居民低碳消费行为的影响路径和效果大小。低碳消费行为主要考虑了节水、节电、废物有效处置三类行为,影响因素考虑了低碳心理意识、低碳行为知识、实施便利程度、宣传教育和社会参照规范等通过管理措施可调控的因素。方法上,首先对三类行为的影响机理分别构建结构方程模型进行模拟,然后整合成一个综合模型展开分析。结果显示,宣传教育对低碳消费行为的影响效果最大,实施便利程度对低碳消费行为有一定影响,低碳行为知识对低碳消费行为的影响微弱,低碳心理意识和社会参照规范对低碳消费行为的影响不明显。据此,建议在引导居民践行低碳消费行为时,对宣传教育和实施的便利程度等给予重点关注。

Taking Beijing as an example, the paper probes into the paths and effects of main factors’ influence on lowcarbon consumption behaviour of urban residents. Three kinds of low-carbon consumption behaviour, water saving, electricity savingand effective waste disposal are taken into consideration. Five influencing factors, low-carbon mental consciousness, low-carbon behaviour knowledge, individual implementation cost, publicity and education, social reference standard are considered, which may have rooms for the government to take measure on. As to the method, firstly, the influence mechanism of three kinds of behaviour was simulated respectively by structural equation model(SEM). Then a comprehensive model was constructed for further analysis. The results show: publicity and education has the largest influence to low-carbon consumption behaviour;Individual implementation cost has some influence;Lowcarbon behaviour knowledge has weak influence;The effects of low-carbon mental consciousness and social reference standard are not obvious. Therefore, it should focus on the publicity and education work as well as the convenience degree of implementation while guiding residents to practice low-carbon consumption behaviour.
