摘要
"一带一路"是基于全球化背景下,旨在打造利益、命运与责任共同体的发展举措。如何应对全球气候变化所带来的恶劣影响,在复杂的利益关系博弈中占有积极主动的地位,成为新时期中国可持续发展的重要命题。在纵观全球气候变化响应历程的基础上,针对"一带一路"背景下各主权国家和地区应对全球气候变化的响应举措,提出中国特有的响应机制,为树立良好的国家外交形象和有效解决全球气候变化困境提供借鉴。
"The Belt and Road" is a strategic development initiative, which aims at building a community of interests, destiny and responsibility based on the context of globalization. How to deal with the adverse effects of global climate change and take an active role in the complex game of interests has become an important proposition for China’s scientific sustainable development in the new era. Based on the response process of global climate change, and aiming at the response to the global climate change of the sovereign states and regions under the background of "the Belt and Road", the Chinese specific response mechanism is put forward to provide a reference for establishing a good national diplomatic image, and solving the difficult situation of global climate change effectively to some extent.
