骨碎补类药材鉴别研究

Study on the identification of the medicinal materials of Davalliaceae

目的对骨碎补类药材进行鉴别研究,找出快速鉴别该类药材的鉴别点。方法采用药材来源鉴别和性状鉴别的方法。结果骨碎补类药材形状多为圆柱形难以鉴别;药材大小因年限的差别没有鉴别意义;药材质地和气味区分不明显;药材断面分体中柱(维管束)的颜色、形状和排列方式具有较高的鉴别率,是骨碎补类药材的重要鉴别依据。结论为骨碎补类药材的品种整理、鉴定及质量标准制定提供理论依据。

Objective To find out the identification points for rapid identification of this kind of medicinal materials, through identification study of medicinal materials of Davalliaceae. Methods Origins,shapes and properties of identification were carried out. Results The shape of Davalliaceae is usually cylindrical and difficult to identify. There is no difference in the size of medicinal materials due to the difference in plant growth years.There is no obvious distinction between the texture and odor of medicinal materials.The mainly identifications for Davallioid and medicinal materials are the color, shapes, and arrangement of vascular bundle in rhizome section,which is an important basis for the identification of Davallioid. Conclusion To provide theoretical basis for the variety sorting, identification and quality standard formulation of Davallioid.
