熄风化痰止眩汤治疗风痰上扰型梅尼埃病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on the effect of wind-extinguishing and phlegm-resolving decoction on treating wind-sputum up-disturbing meniere’s disease

目的探讨熄风化痰止眩汤治疗风痰上扰型梅尼埃病的临床疗效。方法选择2014年9月至2016年12月梅尼埃病患者76例,随机分为两组各38例。治疗组采用口服熄风化痰止眩汤治疗,对照组采用口服敏使朗、静脉注射20%甘露醇及地塞米松配合治疗,随访2年。结果将受试者治疗前、后的症状积分经统计学分析比较,眩晕症状缓解,治疗组总有效率为89.57%,高于对照组总有效率68.42%,两组有明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗耳鸣总有效率高达86.84%,对照组总有效率为63.16%,改善最为明显(P<0.05);治疗组听力改善总有效率为76.32%,相比对照组总有效率52.63%,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论熄风化痰止眩汤治疗风痰上扰型梅尼埃病疗效显著,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of wind-extinguishing and phlegm-resolving decoction in the treatment of wind-phlegm-up-disturbance Meniere disease. Methods 76 patients with Meniere’s disease from September 2014 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(38 patients in each group). The treatment group was treated with oral wind-extinguishing and phlegm-resolving decoction, and the control group was treated with oral Merislon, intravenous injection of 20% mannitol and dexamethasone, followed up for 2 years.Results The symptom scores of the subjects before and after treatment were statistically analyzed and compared. The total effective rate of dizziness in the treatment group was 89.57%, higher than that in the control group(68.42%). There were significant differences between the two groups(P< 0.05). The total effective rate of tinnitus treatment in the treatment group was up to 86.84%, and that in the control group was 63.16%, with the most significant improvement(P< 0.05). The total effective rate of hearing improvement in the treatment group was 76.32%, compared with 52.63% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The decoction of wind-extinguishing and phlegm-resolving to stop dizziness has obvious curative effect and little side effect in treating wind-sputum up-disturbing Meniere’s disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
